Description

The objective of this project is to build an additional dual carriageway connecting the main towns along the axis Taiz-Amran.

The purpose of the new dual carriageway is to enhance this vital North-South communication link, to improve safety of the users, to remove bottlenecks and therefore to reduce time of travel between Aden, Sana’a and Amran.

This is a strategic policy developed by the government of Yemen to facilitate the development of the whole country.

Within the scope of this project Dorsch was retained to provide consultants’ services for the feasibility study and detailed engineering design.
